ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To apply, individuals must be a Bahamian citizen or legal resident of The Bahamas, between the ages of 14 and 18 as of August 1, 2026, and either reside in Abaco or have a strong connection to the island. Applicants should be of good moral character, never married or pregnant, and must have permission from a parent or guardian if under 18. Additionally, contestants must be fully available to participate in all mandatory workshops, rehearsals, and appearances.
REGISTRATION FEE
A non-refundable registration fee of $500 is required upon acceptance into the pageant. This fee includes your unveiling outfit, opening number attire, sportswear segment outfit, participation in pajama party and fun day activities, professional headshots, an official MTAI uniform shirt, and your pageantry sash.
The deadline to apply is to be announced, and sponsorship letters are available upon request.

To succeed in the Miss Teen Abaco pageant, we recommend focusing on confidence, strong communication skills, and consistent preparation. Practice your stage presence, stay involved in your community, maintain a healthy lifestyle, and embrace your authentic self as you prepare to represent your island with pride.
EVENTS AND SCHEDULE

APPLICATION SUBMISSIONS
We welcome young individuals to apply. Applicants are required to submit a short 1–2 minute video introducing themselves, including their name, age, school or settlement, why they want the title, their hobbies or talents, and their role model. Videos should be filmed in a quiet, well-lit space, with clear and confident speech, and no special editing is needed. Submissions must be in MP4, MOV, or a smartphone-compatible format.
